The ask you to make a poem about a specific topic and even ask for the format of the poem. haiku, list, free verse, etc. I have to admit, I tried to write everyday, but sometimes I send some of the poems I wrote before. Then again, you are right, like any athlete who trains everyday, our muscles are our creative styles in writing and we should be able to write at least daily. Thank you for this post!
